ORDER BY CONSENT

Upon the Respondents giving the undertakings referred to below, it is Ordered that the Applicant(s) do recover possession of the land mentioned in the Originating Application herein.

Save with the leave of the Court, the said Order not to be enforced without 28 days' notice in writing to the Respondents and not, without leave of the Court, to be enforced earlier than:

(a) Seven days prior to the date for possession to be given to a contractor in the case of any contract for works to be carried out to the premises on the land, or

(b) Seven days prior to the date for possession to be given to any lessor under a contract for a lease of the land, or

(c) Fourteen days prior to the date for completion in any contract for sale of the land.

This Order is made upon the Respondents giving the following undertakings:

(1) Save for the enforcement of this Order, not to give up occupation of the land without 28 days' notice in writing to the Applicants and to return possession to the Applicants at the expiry of that period.

(2) To maintain the premises on the land in a wind and weather-proof condition and, so far as practicable, to ameliorate disrepair to the premises and ensure that the condition thereof does not deteriorate.

(3) Upon 48 hours' written notice, to admit to the premises such of the Applicants' agents, servants, contractors or consultants, as well such potential purchasers or lessors, as the Applicant(s) may authorise to inspect the premises.
